Q: I'm happy with my current version of
QuickBooks, why should I upgrade to QuickBooks 2003?

features have been added and made some of the features you use most even
better than before. Here are some examples:

the help you need faster than ever with QuickBooks new Help and

With QuickBooks Pro 2003, you'll receive advanced
tools to help you manage your small business finances more effectively.
Pro includes all of the new features and improvements of Basic,
including improved customer payment tracking, enhanced customization of
e-mail forms, and more e-mail billing options. Plus, you'll get
additional tools just for Pro users, like more efficient estimate
tracking and integration with more leading business software
applications for your type of business.
QuickBooks Premier 2003, offers you the best, most
comprehensive set of financial management tools. With Premier, you'll
get more features to gain greater insight into how your business is
performing, improve your accuracy, and enjoy greater flexibility in the
way you view and manage your business. You'll enjoy all the new features
and improvements to Pro, plus, easier reconciliation reporting, more
journal entry options, QuickBooks Remote Access*, and more.

and install QuickBooks Premier software before December 31, 2003. 12
months of service begin at the time of installation for Premier
software. After 12 months, Premier users can subscribe to the service

Q: I have an older version of QuickBooks.
Is it easy to upgrade to a QuickBooks 2003 version?

takes a quick transfer of your QuickBooks data file. Most people install
the upgrade in less than an hour!
Note:
Automatically transfers data from Quickbooks 5.0, 6.0, 99, 2000 and 2001
for Windows.

assistance installing the latest version of QuickBooks or from Quicken
to the latest version of QuickBooks. You will be required to provide
billing information when you contact QuickBooks Technical Support, but
you will not be charged for assistance if the technical support engineer
determines that your question qualifies for free support.
