What are Oracle Small Business Suite and NetSuite?

What do I need to run NetLedger applications?

To use NetLedger applications, all you need is access to the Web. So if you have a computer with a modem and a Web browser, you have everything you need to run our applications. Unlike competing products, NetLedger applications are operating system independent, which means that it works on computers with Windows, Macintosh, Linux, or Unix. It is also browser independent and works on 5.0+ versions of both Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Explorer. To print checks, you need the free Adobe Acrobat reader software.

Yes. With any NetLedger application, you can export your data into an IIF file at anytime, or create a CSV report for import into another program if you choose. Note that NetLedger applications have many unique features like employee expense report capability and sales orders, so if you use those features, other products may not have the functionality to import all of your data.

Oracle Small Business Suite is seamlessly integrated with Yahoo! Store. If you currently use a Yahoo! Web store, you can have all of your store transactions instantly update your Oracle Small Business Suite accounting data. You can also create real-time data exchanges between our applications and any applications you use. NetLedger applications support smbXML, an open standard for integrating XML-based programs specifically in the small to medium-sized business transaction area. Does NetLedger offer any products for International markets?

NetLedger applications are complete business management systems for United States businesses, and we have a version for Canada that supports the GST and PST taxes. The Canadian versions of our applications contain all of the components of their U.S. counterparts except for payroll and online bill pay. However, beyond the U.S. and Canadian markets, we currently do not have versions of our application that are localized for other International markets, though the U.S. and Canadian versions are accessible from anywhere in the world via the Web.
